I know you want to run away or somehow make life to go back to how it was before. So many changes have been forced on you all at once, and you are reeling. I know this time feels scary and overwhelming and frustrating and lonely.
I've noticed during this time that there is plenty of advice to prevent the spread of the illness, but while social distancing and extra hand washing can help to keep you from getting sick, they don't help you to cultivate health and resilience. They don't tell you what to do with your fear and worry. They don't give you guidance about how to create meaning and build a new world in the face of overwhelming change and upheaval.
That is why I created "A Week of Sanity." The purpose of this online experience is to help you create personal health and resilience, even during times of extreme stress and upheaval, so you can experience calm and begin to distill meaning from the chaos. I've brought together an incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and insightful group of experts to guide you.
Through this experience you will:

All sessions will be delivered live, online, with time for Q&A provided. Recordings will be sent the following day for those who cannot attend live.
